- Polycarbonate
Please note: Only polycarbonate lenses are available for children's frames and for drilled rimless frames (due to the increased strength and durability of the material). If lenses other than polycarbonate are ordered for children's or drilled rimless frames, one of our customer service representatives will contact you to determine which kind of lenses you desire.
Anti-Reflective Coating
An anti-reflective coating reduces disturbing reflections. It makes your lenses more attractive and you will experience the most precise, crisp and clear natural vision in a brilliance that is not possible with uncoated lenses.
Transitions
Transitions Lenses go from clear indoors to as dark as sunglasses outdoors. Their advanced technology adjusts to changing light, so you see clearly and more comfortably in virtually any light condition. Indoors, Transitions Lenses are as clear as your regular eyeglasses. Outdoors, they quickly darken, getting as dark as sunglasses if necessary. Transitions provide 100% UV protection.
Polarized
Polarized Sun lenses reduce glare, making them great for use around lakes and oceans. They also are handy for a wide variety of sports. Polarized lenses possess a filter that will eliminate the amount of reflected light that enters the eye. This filter will eliminate the reflected glare which is most noticable on water, snow, or concrete and asphalt surfaces.
