Return Policy
You may return any new and unused frame you purchased from Specs-R-Us.com for any reason within 30 days of delivery date for a full refund (we'll also refund the shipping cost if the return is a result of our error).
All prescription lenses are considered custom orders, and are therefore non-refundable. However, we understand there may be times you may want to change the frame even though the prescription lenses are accurate. If, within 30 days of receipt of product, you wish to exchange a frame that we have made prescription lenses for, you will be charged or credited the difference of the new frame cost. A lens credit of 50% of the original lens cost will be applied to the cost of any new lenses ordered. Additional shipping charges will apply. Returns must be sent prepaid and insured for the full price by a traceable carrier such as UPS or Federal Express to:

Please note: "New and Unused" means that there are no marks on the item or any wear on the tags (such as the hologram or shipping tags) or the case. We do not sell used items and will not accept any item with any indication that it was used. In such cases, the item will be returned to the purchaser. We cannot accept returns of items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Guarantee
We guarantee all of our prescriptions to be 100% accurate or we will remake them at no charge to you. All of our prescription eyeglasses pass a strict quality control inspection by Jim or Mariah. Accuracy in filling your prescription is our priority.
